concerns in a professional and respectful manner which was very much appreciatedDuring our conversation we (ShipRock Management) were able to explain why we felt the charges were necessary (no move in checklist turned in, residents had a pet dog, etc.) ShipRock Management used the opportunity to remind the tenant to turn in a move in checklist within days after move in to document anything damaged, dirty, odors, broken items, etc
We enjoyed *** and ***'s tenancy and have reached an agreement which both sides feel is fairWe wish them well going forward
