I have had the WORST customer service from this company. As many of my friends know, I have a TON of signed sports assets and I have started to get some of my signed jerseys framed.
This company, small family-owned here in Madison (located in East Town Mall) has been jerking me around for well over a month and has given me nothing but problems and an unfinished product!

All I ended up getting were empty promises, long delays, lack of communication and overall disrespectful owners -- I never did get my finished product. Go to Wisconsin Small Claims Court and look up this company and the owners -- I wish I would have done this PRIOR to ever working with them or giving them my signed jersey to "frame".
The wife is the worst -- horrible attitude and could use a lesson in customer service. NEVER use these guys!
The only good thing that ended up coming out of this situation is my refund and getting my jersey back (without the frame). Time to find another company that will provide the SERVICE and PRODUCT for their customers.
