This is in response to a complaint by *** *** ***. *** *** said that this tour missed important items. The itinerary that was given to everyone was followed on a daily basis. There was nothing that was scheduled that was missed, except for the booking error that was caused
which caused the missed the missed day and the missed tour in Albuquerque. *** issued everyone a voucher for $(the trip cost $1,for days which equaled $per day) which is the cost for the one-day of the trip that was missed. She said that Carol C*** was unprofessional and did not acknowledge problems on the trip. *** *** said that the group was left in the hot sun for hours, this is absolutely false. At Union Station, the group had a waiting area inside. Every train station that we visited had a waiting area inside and no one had to wait in the sun for any reason. Once the group got to their destination, the buses were always waiting for them (her information is untrue). *** *** stated that we offered $voucher, but *** offered the $voucher and they also apologized for the error on the train. The missed night in Albuquerque is what the $was for. She said that the *** *** hotel in Las Vegas was under renovation and this is true, the rooms that were being renovated was from the 24th floor up. We had no one occupying rooms above the 15th floor. She stated that the *** *** was unable to serve them, all of the restaurants were still open and available for the guests. We offered a $voucher for the inconvenience that was caused by the mistake by ***, this was only a courtesy, the $covered the lost day and they received a cash refund for the tour that was missed in Albuquerque. Vouchers are what all transportation companies, airlines, cruise lines, bus and train companies, this is not our call

This is in response to a complaint by *** ***. *** *** said that the Los Angeles tour changed from a bus tour to a walking tour. The Los Angeles tour has always been a combination (walking and bus tour). One of the stops is the Walk of Stars where people like to get off and
take pictures of the stars. Due to the traffic, the tour was shortened and everyone was refunded 51% of their money back because the tour did take place. *** *** said that the person in charge of the trip did not know how to handle people. The planning of this trip from the beginning, checking in at Union Station was extremely organized, we got people checked in and luggage for all of these people from states without loss of damage to any luggage. All hotels were first-class, 4-Star properties, *** ***, *** *** ***, *** in two cities, and a 5-Star ***. All buses were new. This trip cost $1,for days, *** sells the same trip for $4,600. We have been doing this *** Cross Country trip for twenty-six years and we have never had complaints like this, but any time one thing goes wrong, people try to find anything to complain about. On this trip, we gave three meals that were not included on the itinerary but nobody wants to see the good, they only want to pick up on the one thing that went wrong which was not under our control. There was a booking error by *** and *** has issued for the one-day lost. We also issued a voucher as a courtesy for $to each traveler. *** *** is asking for a $refund which I do not understand that would constitute missing three days of her vacation
