Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: if they didnt accept my insurance they should now refund it its fraud to take money for insurance and find a reason why its not insured and still take the money every insurance company if you are not insured they will refund the money , attached I upload a file of all my insurance purchase from ship insurance what I have to be refunded Regards, [redacted]

Mr. [redacted]’s frustration with the delay in response is valid and was simply due to an automated routing error in our ticketing system.  That has since been remedied to ensure it does not happen again.    The integration in question is one built by a 3rd party utilizing our open API...

documentation and outside of any direction from our development team.  We have provided support to his contracted development firm in trying to determine the issue based on API calls to communicate with our system. We have even gone so far as to troubleshoot on our end as much as possible, which is something beyond our normal support scope.  Their development firm was provided with information on possible areas they should look at to resolve.  Ultimately, we were able to determine it is a local visual studio error on their integration’s end.   We truly do value Mr [redacted]’s business and hope we can come to a resolution.

Shipsurance insurance was selected for this shipment and thus he was charged for it. The import distinction/clarification here is that the insurance was paid for but not honored by Shipsurance because he, as a user, neglected to select a confirmation type that Shipsurance requires for a claim.By...

agreeing to those Shipsurance terms and conditions (http://www.shipstation.com/insurance-terms-and-conditions/), he accepted the terms that hisinsured packages must have a signature confirmation. The responsibility of honoring those conditions is the user's responsibility. He needs to ensure that the service, package and confirmation settings are valid for any insurance coverage Shipsurance (or any other insurance provider) provided.
