A couple of months ago, I hired this company to clean my home two times I decided not to hire them again and I informed them of my decision As far as I was concerned, that was the end of my association with them Last week, I discovered that [redacted] , the owner of the company, used my checking account info to pay her AFLAC insurance bill! Thankfully, I was able to stop the payment before it went through My husband decided to call her about itHer explanation for this was that someone broke into her house and stole all her client files These thieves now have her clients checking account info I'm not sure why the thieves would then pay HER bills for her!!!! But that was the story we were given
\r\nThe cheerfulness of the maids was upliftig The way they come in, get right to work and quickly get doneMikki was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and was so accommodating of our schedule - she was even willing to come the same day! SHe also gave us the best rate that we could find which was great especially because other companies were going to charge more even though we only needed two very small rooms cleaned\r\nwas finished, she gave me her card and encouraged me to call if I had any questions at allDefinitely would use this company again - highly recommended!\r\n

I want to start off saying Annie is a hard worker. The problem is getting her to your home to work. She would cancel on me or there was always an excuse why she was always late. Towards the end of her working for me she promised a cleaning that she never came to do until I gave up. To sum it up she lacks dependability and reliability.
