An Ad on FB popped up from Shirenae Advanced Everyday Cleanse....stating that you could try their product FOR FREE - you only had to pay shipping and handling. I signed up for this on June 6th, and the product arrived about 10 days later. The product arrived WITHOUT any contact information. As agreed, I paid the shipping and handling of 5.95 & 4.95. The product did not work. Then, on June 26th I was charged 94.90 $ 85.90 = totaling $180.80. I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS. It has taken me some time to track these guys down because there is even very little information on my bank statement from them. It took me some time and investigation to locate them. I finally did. I spoke with a representative a few minutes ago who stated over and over that when I clicked "I am over 18" that EMBEDDED in this was another agreement that they could charge me for the product after a 14 day trial- that they had advertised as a FREE TRIAL. THIS IS AN ISSUE. HAD I KNOWN THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED $180.80 for the FREE TRIAL, I would have never signed up for it. PLEASE HELP.

Billing Adjustment At the bare minimum, they need to refund my $180.80. And the Revdex.com needs to ensure that they change their faulty advertising tactics so others are not financially hurt as well.
We have reviewed the customer's account, including the phone call they had with customer service, and are sorry to hear about the experience they had. While the agent was correct to outline the terms and conditions of the monthly subscription, they failed to cover our return policy before the customer hung up on the call. The agent made two attempts to contact the customer but there was no answer. We have taken the opportunity to provide the agent with further training on this matter. As a courtesy, we have fully refunded the $180.80 to the customer. Please allow for adequate time for the refund to be processed, as it can take up to 5 - 7 business days.
We would like to clarify that promotion offered was for a free 14 day trial of a product with a 30 day supply. The check out system requires that all customers acknowledge that they will be enrolled in our subscription program and charged for the full price of the bottle if they choose not to cancel their subscription prior to the end of their free 14 days. Regardless, we appreciate the chance to assist this customer on their fitness journey and wish them well in all their future endeavors.

This company needs to ensure that this does not happen to future patrons. When a product is offered to try for FREE, that offer needs to be honored. IF monies are not refunded, I hold the right to resubmit this same complaint.
