I agree that driving a vehicle between towns can be a dangerous job for some people My first call on a Friday afternoon was answered by a person who stated that he was on the road between towns When no reply to that call was received, I called again three days later (Monday) & Arlo answered again & made an appointment for Wednesday at PM The day of the appointment came & went with a no-show & no call in explanationI would not employ an unknown company with demonstrated unreliability for a $5,job.Another company kept all appointments on time & completed the job in an outstanding manner I stand by my rating in this review
On calling this company 4/1/, the call was answered by a person who identified himself as Arlo He said he could not take my number as he was on the road; however most cell phones record incoming numbers I called again after the weekend, spoke with him & made an appointment for 4/6/at 12:for viewing job with estimate He did no keep appointment nor call
