This in response to Mister ***'s complaint for job completed on late June of The specific issue that mister *** is referring too is a hairline crack on the counter top of his bathroom sink, which I strongly believe not to be at fault of forImmediately after the job was completed the
entire bathroom (including the sink and surrounding area) was inspected with the customerWe both agreed that there were no issues and it was completed to satisfactionNote that the complaint was approximately weeks after the job completion, which leads me to believe that it was either a manufactures defect, (or more than likely) the customer was at faultLet it be noted, that Tonys remodeling has been a licensed contractor since with zero complaints until this issue to dateto corroborate my statement I can provide a list of satisfied customers of the last years through the Revdex.com or at the License Registration Board of Rhode Islandif you have any specific questions please do not hesitate to contact methank you for your time
