I am forwarding the conversation we have been having with *** We have also had phone calls with him as well Like I said on the phone *** was happy with the work and the job done as he signed off on the day it was complete I am attaching the paperwork.We are going back today for Additional work at no charge in hopes to make him happy He has made several comments that someone did work before us that ripped him off and he was very unhappy with Maybe he is taking that out on us.Best, [redacted]

We have responded to everything that he has asked. We have emails going back and forth in regards to everything. We have been scheduled to go back on the 12th since last Thursday but we are trying to coordinate *** being home so he can tell us exactly what he wants doneWe are
prepared for the crew to go out once he lets us know when he is available
