I don't accept this decision whatsoever, Shivers Carts couldn't get my badboy to "mimic" what we were complaining about but the first day it was in Perry they were able to determine the problemThe badboy won't hardly run at this pointWhy should I take it back to shivers for them to just tell me there is nothing wrong with itI want my money back

This was a factory issue and has been resolved by *** *** A model is replacing the model at no additional cost to the customer

We could not make the Revdex.com mimic same issue. It drove fine. Customer was advised on proper way to drive Revdex.com in certain terrain. We have heard no complaints from customers since that day.
