Review: Placed a down payment on a pair of eyeglass frames on 05/**/2012, in the amount of $142.50 (Receipt #[redacted]). Recently found the receipt and called the number listed on it (###-###-####) only to learn that S.H. Laufer Vision World sold their business to another vision service not affiliated with S.H. Laufer Vision World. New owners state they have no records and no recourse for refunds, etc.Desired Settlement: Refund the down payment for the eyeglass frames.
