cancel orders that are in violation of this policy. [redacted] orders were found to be in violation. Subsequently, her orders were cancelled, a full refund was processed, and she was notified via email of the violation/cancellation.
Once an account has been found to be suspect, or in violation of ticketing policy, the account is blocked from further transactions and transferred to the Ticket Verification department. The Audience Services Department is no longer able to answer inquiries pertaining to affected orders. All inquiries must be directed to the Ticket Verification Department. All inquiries to the Ticket Verification Department are answered in the order in which they are received. [redacted] inquiries were all responded to within the designated 5 business day period.
