I have worked with Barbara W*** for over a year as the owner of the Wellington Village Aptsand I have never seen Barbara treat Caucasians any different than she does African Americans or HispanicsAnd I am Caucasian and she is African AmericanShe will send anyone a complaint notice if they are
not abiding by the Rules no matter what color they areShe always runs everything by me alsoI remember Barbara telling me about it and that ***'s own girlfriend (*** ***'s) dad that also lives In the building *** ***) that had confirmed that It was *** that was the one smoking pot when we were trying to get to the bottom of things and he also said that his car had been inoperable since he got itWe have had numerous verbal discussions and recently we gave him a written notice about his Pot Smoking and we have also had verbal conversations about his vehicleSo Istand behind Barbara %We won't put up with that As far as the $towing Fee, we will not be reimbursing Mr*** for his billHe did not have permission for an inoperable vehicle to be parked on our property anywhereWe have very strict rules about thisIt is in our Lease and our Rules and Regulations and it Is covered under our Crime Free Addendum that they both signed upon moving In As far as the manager's job goes, she will not be losing her job for enforcing the RulesWe also have signs posted Enclosed are the work orders that have been done in their aptin a timely mannerWe have not had any work order requests since a month ago and that was for a toilet seatBefore that It was September of We have also sent them numerous notices reminding them that they are paying their rent too late in the monthSo here it is August 18th and they have not paid their rent for this month yet. If Mr*** fails to follow the Rules and continues to smoke pot on our property and doesn't pay his rent on time he will leave us no other choice then to start court proceedings to evict him.
