Order#***, have not received a refund or a confirmation of cancellation for weeks despite repeated requests
I placed an order on Jan for $the note said please allow 3-days for shipping and Fedex will contact you with tracking detailsNo update for a weekCalled them on Jan and emailed them the same day" we are trying to get more of so currently this has not shippedWe are very sorry and we will get back to you when we have more information and when we have an update when this will exactly ship!" I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER WITH SHOCK DOCTOR ON 4/5/AND WAS PROMISED DAY SHIPPINGAFTER WEEKS I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER CHECKING MY ORDER STATUS ONLINE THAT STILL SAID "PROCESSING"A WEEK AFTER THAT I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PRODUCT WAS BACK ORDEREDNO APOLOGY OR REASON WAS GIVEN FOR NOT LETTING ME KNOW MY ORDER STATUS OR RESPONDING TO MY EMAILSI WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE THE PRODUCT BY THE MIDDLE OF THE FOLLOWING WEEKIT IS NOW TWO WEEKS LATER WITH NO COMMUNICATION, NO UPDATE TO MY ORDER, AND NO RESPONSE TO MY CONTINUED EMAILSSEEING HOW THE BUSINESS IS ONLY OPEN FROM - DURING THE WEEK CENTRAL TIME IT IS DIFFICULT TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONEBY THE TIME I GET THE PRODUCT, IF EVER, MY SON WILL BE DONE WITH HIS BASEBALL SEASONAT THIS POINT I AM OPTING FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE SHIPPED AS READING OTHER COMPLAINTS IT TAKES JUST AS LONG OR LONGER TO RECEIVE A REFUND

I returned a small knee brace for a refund
The company received the small brace returned on 1/20/via UPSI have called twice and emailed several times and have been told that the refund will be made within to days of my call I still have no refund to my PayPal account
I was told that the company was acquired by another company and that they were very busyI would like my refund as promisedThank you

I Purchased a Mouth Guard for my son who just got braces and needed a special model They only listed one model on the website even though I knew there was a strapped and unstrapped model I called to confirm that I would be getting the strapped model and was told, yes, it was the strapped model When I received it, it was the strapless version I had to go to Dick's sporting goods and purchase the correct model and returned the order via Priority Mail, (which I had to pay for) It arrived at their warehouse on February 21st After two weeks I had not received a refund so I called Customer Service I was told that he had no way of contacting the warehouse to ask about it and that they would hopefully get to it soon and that I would just have to wait He said they receive a lot of returns so there is no way to estimate when they will get to it He was very polite but could not help me It's now been three weeks and still no refund I've been ordering online for years and n

shipping label to the consumer would he be willing to mail the product to use so we could inspect it for a sizing and comfort issue. We will also send him a check for what he paid for the items if he includes a copy of the receipt in the package.
