Shock Doctor

Order placed 7/20. I was provided a non working tracking number. I sent an email and never got a response. I called customer care 7/31 and the first person I spoke with seemed to be clueless. Said it was transferred from UPS to USPS. I called the post office and they confirmed the tracking number was no good and they had no record of the package, also said they don’t receive UPS packages on weekends as the CSR had stated. Called customer care again on 7/31, different rep said there was something wrong with the tracking number (which I already knew) and the items would be shipped via UPS overnight because it looks like the order never even shipped. I then get an alert 8/1 that UPS is still waiting for the package. I’m giving it until 8/2 to arrive then I’m putting in for a refund through Pay Pal. Save yourself the headache and go to a store to purchase mouth pieces.
