Review: My problems are many, with [redacted] of Shocker Toys, now calling themselves GBJR Toys (of which you have no listing for)

- Ordered 1000 pieces of an exclusive action figure. Shocker Toys were to handle sales at a set price (for wholesale and retail) and shipping. All money from sales was never paid. Price per figure was different for nearly every buyer.

- When we asked to take possession of our figures as to avoid further non payment, we received damaged boxes and were short nearly 200 pieces.

- [redacted] regularly seeks to find ways to claim he doesn't need to pay what is owed through made up laws. He claims he has no money for payments, yet he is constantly renting booth space at conventions and throwing VIP parties there. He claims the responsibility t pay us back lies with Shocker Toys (still his company), and not with GBJR toys (also his company).

Other things you should look into ASAP:

- GBJR Toys seems to have no business license, yet they are taking pre-orders for new product and claiming production is underway in China.

- GBJR have been running a [redacted] campaign since 2012 [redacted] and have yet to deliver on any product ordered. We believe this money is already gone.

- GBJR products are based on licenses they do not have the rights to. Only when they are confronted directly by the license holder do they drop the product and replace it with another.

- GBJR have taken responsibility (via public forums) for fulfilling orders undelivered by Shocker Toys as far back as 2010. They have no delivered anything to date.Desired Settlement: For our part, we would love to take possession of any product [redacted] of Shocker Toys/ GBJR Toys is sitting on/selling at conventions and through his websites to make up for the undelivered product. Ultimately, we have very little hope of recovering product or the 20k owed to us, as we can't even get them to make 100 dollar payments monthly, so we feel there has to be a way to stop Geoff from further ripping off consumers and businesses. Audit him...prosecute him..strip him of his ability to create any businesses and put him in jail. We feel this is the only way to stop his actions.

Review: I pre-ordered two collector action figures in November 2013. This company has no ability to produce these figures and has fraudulent taken mine, and probably many other peoples money. I have already asked for a refund. They have refused to respond to any of my email inquires at sales@[redacted]. I have received several emails over the last year stating that figures from their company have been delayed and that I would get a free figure later on, discounts on additional figures etc. None of this has proven to be true. I have kept all of these emails.

My order was for the following -

November 12, 2013 - $30.00, Hunter Rose action figure (website link was down, this was part of the indie line that he was fundraising for)

November 12, 2013 - $25.00, Grendel action ( http://www.[redacted]/product/145)

Total= $55.00 dollars

Both payments went to [email protected]

The owner of this company has changed the website name to www.[redacted]. the original name of the company was SHOCKER Toys. The owner is [redacted] There is no address listed on the website. Almost all of the items listed for sale are marked as sold out or are marked for pre-order only. The shipping time on the pre-orders still says 8-10 weeks. The store on this website is still active and taking orders for this pre-order merchandise since 2012. Mr. [redacted] keeps running fund raisers on [redacted] The last one that recently ended in February 2015 was trying to raise $7,750.00 dollars in order to by the tools to make the action figures that he has been taking pre-orders for. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EVEN HAVE THE ABILITY TO PRODUCE THE FIGURES THAT IT HAS BEEN TAKING PRE-ORDERS FOR SINCE 2012.
