If I could give ZERO stars I would! They installed an new a/c unit in my house. It has not worked since. There has been a leak in the cool-lent system since the beginning. They have come back every year and three years later it has still not been fixed. I have found out from a new company that the cords were cut to stop the compressor from shutting off when it overheated. Now the compressor is ruined and Shockley's is unwilling to do anything about it. The owner hung up on me and blamed it on neglect even though they have been out here to service the machine several times every summer since they installed it. He said we had a couch in front of the vent, which is impossible as it sits in between the corner of a wall and a doorway. WORST experience with a professional company ever!
