away It is expected that with a large party of that size, wait times for food will be extended As was explained when you made your reservation, and also notated on our menu, all of our food is cooked to order In the absence of the opportunity to correct complaints regarding food temperatures during your visit, and the absence of a request for a refund for items that you were not satisfied with during your visit, we are unable to issue a retroactive refund.Management and ownership is aware of the fall in the restaurant There are three very low small steps that lead to a dining area within the restaurant You and your patrons were drinking alcoholic beverages on the night in question When you fell down the stairs, there was nothing blocking or impeding the stair case at the time There was no accusation or inference that the fall was of any cause of Shockoe Steakhouse You were asked several times if you were okay or if you needed anything in regards to your fall You were also offered ice No incident report was needed.We regret that you were not completely satisfied with your experience, and we apologize that the service did not meet your expectations We hope that you will have the opportunity to visit again and that you have an enjoyable experience
