BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT order from ShockWarehouse.com! I ordered a set of KYB AGX shocks and struts from ShockWarehouse.com in mid-2013, one of the shocks failed in Jan 2015, and I contacted ShockWarehouse to buy a replacement shock with the intent to return the failed shock for warranty replacement ShockWarehouse sent the shock to the wrong address, and when I inquired that I had not received it, they indicated I must return the shock they sent to the wrong address! Avoid the dishonest thieves at ShockWarehouse.com!!

Used this company's website to order shocks and they immediately charged my card and nothing has been shipped I have attempted to contact the merchant by phone and email multiple times and no replies They state that all communications are answered and within a day or two I currently have a pending complaint thru PayPal for this merchant Still no reply

Three of the four shocks I ordered seam to be new in the box, and one is a return or a re-stock item The box was previously opened and tapped shut with the item number written in marker The instructions and stickers are missing and the bushing sleeves are already installed I've tried to use their websites "contact us" to ask about this and it is a big circle and you never get to email anybody I would advise against purchasing items from this company If you pay new prices you should get new items

I was reluctant to order online because of negative reviews, but ordered anyhow. Followed up on order after a few days and customer service was very helpful and friendly. Very good prices on KYB products. Struts arrived in 5 days and order was correct. Can't ask for any better service. Thanks. Phone numbers are good In the US. XXX-XXX-XXXX Local XXX-XXX-XXXX.
