I paid to get my brand new car tinted and molding put onThe manager stated that the tint has a lifetime warrantyThe tint start bubbling and messing up within 7-months, I took the car back and the tint guy did a couple slits and the tint and told me that it will smooth out give it some timeMy back window is so bad now that I can’t see out of it when it gets dark outsideI brought the car back and talked to the manager and he said because the guy who did it do not work at his company anymore he will not honor my lifetime warranty and now want me to repay for the tint to be reinstalled on my back window againI have my receipt and the manager is the person who told me I had a life time warranty and it’s been less than years and my tint is really messed up to the point that I can not see out my back window while driving at night

Shockwave Customs, under direction of Tony ***, pretty much chopped up the front of my new *** trying to make an after market *** Star fit- it was sold to me as "Factory Original" when in essence its just a cheap Chinese knock-off Charged me for a piece of junk that lasted weeks (in the interim the thing actually fell off of the vehicle after a car wash and was hanging by a wire) when I went back to show them it wasn't working- they charged me 80.00(!!!!) for return shipping(?) which, like a dummy, I paid -- after paying it they installed another Chinese knock off that lasted ONE WEEK - again I went back he said he ordered more "Stars" and I should waita MONTH PLUS LATER it comes in and Tony tries to charge me for "return shipping" AGAIN..I think he forgot he ripped me off the first time with the shipping scamThats that.(in fact, while I was storming out, HE called ME a fat, cheap *** - HA!) I guess I'm supposed to just shut up and be extorted out of my hard earned moneyThat's not happening I am currently involved with an attorney - and I am actively pursuing this matter with the Illinois Attorney General Consumer Fraud Dept (and other Government Agencies) its also real weird how you MUST pay cash or debit cardwhat a messluckily I have photos and all corroborating information

They sold me faulty equiptment for my car and installed it incorrectly on purpose so I would spend more money on their products
