In order to resolve this issue with the complainant ([redacted]) I have reached out to her via the listed telephone on 4/4/17 at approximately 10:27AM and received her voicemail instructing her to call me back, she did and notified me that she would be in within the next...
half hour. We have full intention on satisfying her requests to the extent of her desired outcome on page 2 of the complaint.
