I am rejecting this response because: The document that I specifically requested, the form sent to my address after moving breaking down
moving out charges with the balance being requested from meThe documents provided did not not contain the only document I was requesting.

Tenant moved out on March 17, He did not pay a security deposit when he moved into the complexHe failed to clean the apartment or carpets (photos attached)He was charged for blinds, hole in wall, smoke detector battery, and light bulbs (itemization of security deposit attached)Also
attached is his mocondition form which indicates the condition of the property when he moved inTenant contacted the office on April 16, to discuss the move-out chargesHe cursed our representative and was adamant that the charges were listed on his mocondition form; which they were notHe told our representative that he was not going to pay the charges and our representative informed tenant that if the charges were not paid, we would have no choice but to send the record to collectionsTenant mailed us a check for the balance with a derogatory comment listed in the memo line
Based on the documentation we have, he was justly charged for deficiencies to the apartment when he moved out
