that she is a RCCO Member and that we have to bill them directly. We do not take RCCO or Medicaid or Medicare. We only take RMHP. RMHP has declined to pay the claim we sent into them for [redacted]. Further complaints and/or concerns need to be addressed directly to RMHP [redacted] or [redacted]. Patient Responsibility for the footwear we provided is $ 215.00 which is what we sent her a bill for. At this Time [redacted] has filed a complaint against us for sending them a bill for Patient Responsibility.
