I contacted the customer via cell phone.  She is starting a vacation out of the country.  We spoke and advised upon her return she would send the shoes to our Emporia, KS location for an exchange.  I advised that Shoe Sensation will pay for the shipping of the shoes both directions....

conversation. I advised how sorry we were in the level of care we displayed while in store. She advised she still had the shoes and was looking for 1/2 refund of the purchase price. She also advised she did not want to deal with the manager. I asked Ms. [redacted] if she knew the name of the manager on duty and she advised she did not get her name. I did look at the employee roster and we have several female managers so I was unable to zero in on a specific individual. I advised Mrs. [redacted] to come into the store at her convenience, and we would gladly refund her the full purchase price of the defective shoes.
