Shoe Trap

Review: On October 17, 2014, I purchased 2 items from a website call "Shoe Trap". I purchased a [redacted] Pocketbook and a matching wallet. On November 13, 2014, I contacted the seller in reference to my purchased and was given several different reasons on why I didn't get my items yet. At which time I asked for my money back. The seller than states that they are not giving me my money back and requested $20.00 for additional shipping and I stated that I was not paying any more money because the website clearly states, "Free Shipping USA". And again I requested my money back. No where on any websites did it say, "No refunds or Pay shipping upon the seller's request!". Its been an entire month and still no items I purchased so I want a full refund of my $90.00.Desired Settlement: As stated on the website, shipping is free in the usa. The seller is requesting additional money that im not paying. After over a entire month of not receiving my order, I want my entire $90.00 back. Have pictures to prove about the shipping cost. The seller shipped out something with a c.o.d. after several [redacted] messages but was told not to if they were charging additional money.
