Hi,

I took a Vintage pair of Ralph Loren boots to this man to glue a sole on one of the boots that had come loose. He took both boots, said he needed them both to "get it right" & said he would send them out since he didnt have the special glue needed. He charged me $28.00 & gave me a ticket, said to check back in 3 weeks. In 3 weeks, I went by, still not finished. Then summer rolled around & his shop was never open. When fall came around, still no boots, he said they were probably in his storage, he would look, took my number, never called. I told my husband my frustration, he went down, got the same story, "I'll check my storage." I went in today, and he tells me there is no storage other than his shop & all work is done at his shop, 2 boldface LIES he told me. I personally think the guy is selling our stuff.
