If I had the option of giving NO stars, I wouldFirst of all, they trick first time customers with their $deals for first time buyers and what they DON'T tell the customer is after you place your first order, they will AUTOMATICALLY withdraw $every month for becoming a "VIP member" without the customer even knowing they did so! Not only did they withdraw that amount from my card but also charged me TWICE I immediately called to complain and I received HORRIBLE customer serviceThe representative's name was "Crystal" and she kept giving me the run around on the situationI repetitively asked her why they charged me TWICE and why they have this hidden fee/ trick for first time buyersShe appeared to not have the slightest concern on the situation She told me I can call my bank if I wishedNow I have filed a claims with my bank and have to wait an entire week to get my $reimbursementPathetic! FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER BUYING FROM ShoeSCAMzzle

Cancelling is an absolute NIGHTMAREI called to cancel after they "forgot" to send a reminder email, so I called the number, asked to cancel and someone who I could barelt understand speaking broken English kept saying well just keep your account just keep your account until I had to yell at him, ask for his name and threaten to report him to his managers and file a complaint here before he would actually cancel my accountDon't even go down this road with them stay far, far away from this company!

This company refuses to cancel your account and then charges you and causes over drafts to your bank account

I am contacting you to advise you of my deepest most sincerest disappointment with the customer service in your company. I placed my first order which is order number [redacted] which happens to be a Christmas present for my mom. Before signing up with your company I was sure to read the terms and conditions not once but TWICE to prevent any misunderstand. I noticed several times it says you are able to cancel at ANY time with no fee etc. My plan for this so called VIP service you have was to try it out see how it works, experience your customer service and make your company a permanent member. I called and spoke to one of your managers by the name of Bob who happens to be located in the Philippines who advised me because I decided to cancel the VIP membership my order will cancel as well. I asked why? He then stated that because I am interested in cancelling the membership before you charge me the 39.99 fee my order has to automatically cancel and then told me it states this in your terms and conditions. Because I previously read this twice I knew that was NOT true. I have been lied too! by both a customer service person, your manager Bob who's manger is Jen also located in the Philippines AND YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. this is completely unacceptable! I am very disappointed in your level of customer service and lack of knowledge of your terms and conditions by both your reps and your so called managers.

Ok so they advertise a first time customer only $10.00 purchase. No where do I see that I will be automatically put into a rotating account where if I personally don't go to their site and click on "skip this month", by the 5th of EVERY MONTH I will automatically be billed $39.95 to my banking account each and every month. I did not authorize this, and they get you into this by offering you free shipping, which puts you into this "loop". Then when I see these charges, and have no product, I call only to get an electronic female voice that will NOT get me to customer service and insists that I use that money billed to my account as a store credit for future purchases. This robot will NOT give me Customer Service Rep., without me first saying "YES", put this on store credit. Then I can get a live person, this person informs me that my account has been billed not once but twice. The only way to get my money back is to cancel my whole account and she makes sure to tell me that it IS AT THE DISCRETION OF MY BANK TO REFUND ME? What a creative, legitimate way to get peoples money out of them, a new kind of "creative", marketing that bills you even WHEN YOU DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING, so people do not be fooled by the lovely professional graphically perfect set-up for this company. Do not do the $10 first time offer deal under any circumstances. This is a whole new level of LOW. I had to get MAD (which I am not that kind of person) in order for this to STOP. Am I am not even confident that my money will be refunded that is how my confidence I have with this company. I am shocked at what is taking place, I have outstanding credit and if being a VIP at Shoedazzle means instant rotating charges than I want no part of it. Anyone that has bought anything look back at your bank statements, you may have charges you don't know about.
