Review: I ordered two pairs of booties that were reduced in price, Shoegasm.com when the shoes arrived I could tell they were worn. Both pairs had scuff marks, the black boot heel was totally worn and the leather was curved from wear and tear. I called the same day, no one called me back to this day I have called seven times and left messages at ###-###-####. No one has ever called me back! I got so frustrated I started calling the stores in **, I spoke with a [redacted], she was rude and complained to me that she was trying to help me, as though I was wasting her time. I said to her I have two pairs of worn shoes, no return address, and no one is answering the phone number listed on the website. I asked her for the number to the corporate office so I could make a compliant, she refused to give me the number, she said just send them back, I said send them back where, there is no return label and no one is calling me back. She hung up the phone. After calling so many times and my calls not being returned I gave the shoes to the nearby womens shelter.Desired Settlement: Replace with new items or my money returned.

Review: I originally purchased a pair of shoes on 4/** and the first time I wore them on 4/** the started to fall apart with the studs coming off. I get that I had worn the shoes multiple times and had them for a while that this could be a problem. I wore them once and that same day I went back into the store #[redacted] where I purchased them.

I spoke with a man, didn't catch his name, who claimed he was the [redacted]. I told him the situation of how I just purchased these as I still had them on my feet and showed him where the studs came out. He proceeded to say "Oh thats weird." All I wanted was a new pair or at least find a stud and put it back on to the ones that I was wearing. Immediately he has the WORST attitude and was like let me see your receipt, which I did ironically since I never keep receipts. He proceeded to sit at the computer clicking around for a good 10 minutes and then says "well I don't have another one." Okay? You don't have any sizes left? No other store in the area has it? "NO". He said "I will give you credit or you can exchange it for another shoe." I went over to a look around and there was absolutely nothing that I wanted, I finally settled on a pair that I was not a fan of just so I have shoes to wear that were not blatantly broken. They have a sale going on that is any SALE shoe is an additional 50% off. The shoe that I choose was on sale, at least it was marked down the EXACT same way the ones I originally purchased the other day. I get to the counter and tells me these are $109 but they are not on sale. At this point rude was an understatement, I am not rocket scientist but half off of a $109 sale shoe is $54 correct? Which the shoes I purchased were marked $99 and I got them for $50. How are you going to have shoes marked the EXACT same way with multiple sale stickers on them and then tell me it is not on sale. After receiving no help and basically was told sorry your [redacted]. I left the store because I was getting no where with the rude and obnoxious [redacted]. I called another Shoegasm and asked if they had my size in the shoes I wanted to replace, one of the [redacted]s tell me that the location I just left had (5!) pairs of one size smaller than the ones I wanted! Its funny how I asked the "[redacted]" if he had any sizes left in that shoe and he says no, mean while all he did was sit behind his counter and look on a screen.Desired Settlement: All I wanted was a new pair of shoes that would not break the first day I wore them. I was willing to settle with a different pair that I did not want and even then that was a challenge for them to accommodate. At this point I want nothing to do with this company because if they handle all situations like this I am baffled they are still in business. The shoes were only $50 which is not a big deal, it is the morality of the situation and how it was handled which was the problem.

Either find me a new pair of shoes that I will not be paying extra for or refund me my money.

Review: This is perhaps the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered as a consumer in America. While attempting to try on the shoes at this store, I was forgotten about many times, despite there being only a few customers in the store at the time. When I finally got to try the shoes on, I decided to get them. When I brought them to the register, they realized that the shoes were mismatched, so they attempted to bring me a new pair. When the new pair arrived, the thread on the shoe had unraveled. I had to point this out- they did not notice it themselves. When the store clerk was instructed to find a new pair, he scuffed in resentment at having to complete the task. He was scolded loudly by the [redacted], which made me uncomfortable to be in the store. Finally, because I had already been in the store for much too long because of all the forgotten attempts at fetching sizes, the mismatched pair, and the damaged pair, I did not check the box for the shoes before making the purchase. I did not realize I had received a size 37 instead of a 36 until I tried them on one day. Because they are large, the back digs into my heels and they are unwearable. I attempted to exchange them at 14 days. The shoes were in perfect condition as they had only been briefly worn. I was even willing to exchange for other shoes of higher value. They barely looked at the shoes, and then said they could not take them back. Of course I protested because they were not actually worn, but the [redacted] at this store was extremely rude, unprofessional, and argumentative. He did not even look at the shoes, and refused an exchange. Not only this, but he accused me of having tried on too many shoes on the day I had purchased them, such that he could no longer help me today. When I attempted to call this store to ask for the name of the sales person, they refused to give it to me. I was tipped off by the other store that his name is [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in full for the shoes, and to never do business here again. The value of the shoes is $44.95.
