Our staff is working hard to lock in a new date for the Neon DashOnce the new date is set, we will notify all our participants through emailIf the new date does not work for them, they can simply send us an email and we will refund their money

Dear Revdex.com, We have received the Complaint filed by [redacted] The three pictures attached in this response show that customer's are notified that fees applyThe first picture show's our breakdown of price increases with a an asterisk below stating that processing fees are not includedThe second picture is a breakdown of what the customer is purchasing before they enter their credit card informationUnder Order Summary it shows, the ticket being purchased, price of ticket, fee, and total, below is a spot designated for donations to charity, and then another line showing the total The last image shows the customers billing information, and a box that must be clicked in order to continue the transactionThat box states 'By clicking Complete Order you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and Authorize [redacted] to charge my credit card for the amount listed above' The same fee is issued for every customer who purchases a ticket through Neon Dash's website for the amount of $

Neon Dash canceled an event in Austin, Texas scheduled for 9/13/The company has poor customer service via email,phone,or [redacted] , and has not issued me a refund for canceling the eventDon't waste your money! They might do the same to you

Signed up for August 16th race in Portland, OR - on August 13th they emailed us saying the race had been "postponed"The only other follemail received was September 8th that said they were working on a new date I contacted them in October asking for an update, they said they were still working on a date and refunds will be offered when new date set I contacted them November 20th asking for a refund, and they said it was their "policy" to only refund once a new date has been set I again asked for a refund and was refusedThis seems like a scam and I'm afraid I will never get my money backI don't trust this company at all

This clearly implies this charge is being hidden from consumersI continue my claim for the refund of $4.95. It's unethical and deceptive to charge customers more that what you are receipting.

Under Order Summary it shows, the ticket being purchased, price of ticket, fee, and total, below is a spot designated for donations to charity, and then another line showing the total.  The last image shows the customers billing information, and a box that must be clicked in order to continue the transaction. I purchased my ticket and accessories for the Neon Dash several months ago, the race was to be in August in Portland, OR. The company could not get their equipment there and the race was cancelled. I have sent numerous emails asking for my refund, every time I get a generic response that when they lock in a new date, I can then ask for a refund. This is absurd! Anyone who purchased their ticket through Groupon has already received their refund. I will never participate in a race through Neon Dash, and will give negative feedback to anyone who asks about Neon Dash.

Unfortunately, our policy is to issue refunds once the new date is set. We will send out an email when we set the new date, as soon as we do participants can send an email to request a refund and we will process it as quickly as possible.
