I am rejecting this response because: It's simply a denial of my experience at the store and it is untrue I have no intention of returning to the store for any more interactions I'm taking the shoes to a store in Baltimore that carries *** shoes They will try to make the shoes fit me better

I was extremely concerned when received the letter from you with the complaint from a customer.We have been in business since THIS is the first complaint by a customer Being of Service and providing the best personalized service is of the utmost importance thusThis has been the backbone of
our business all these yearsWe are NEVER threatening or aggressive to anyone, Especially the customers that we depend on to stay in businessWe have our store policies stamped on every receipt and posted in our locationsOne policy we adhere to is the seven day return and that no worn shoes can be returnedWe tried our best to accommodate this customer, even to the point of Willing to order sort ething else for her, She also Wrote to *** Shoes about her experience and stated the same misinformationThe Vice President stated that he had known me for over thirty years and was neither aggressive nor threateningThat I was a man of my wordI am still willing to help her find a more desirable pair of shoes if she can corne before the end of this monthNone of my staff is difficult to work with and we are here to be of help.Sincerely yoursRaffi S***
