Called to ask about exchanging my shoes on 9-29- Shoes for Crews e-mailed me a return label same day I shipped my shoes 9-30-with UPS Called 10-8-asking about the exchange Was told it would be to weeks ???? It states on Shoes for Crews web site that the shoes will be exchanged BEFORE receiving returned shoesAnd that they *** be delivered within Business Days! Was told they were instock 9-29-15!!!! Still waiting, it is now 10-10-15!

I buy more than one pair of shoes at a timeI keep back up pairs in the closet so I can change them often as needed mostly for comfort but also for just a clean pair of shoesI never wear them for more than six monthsThis one particular pair of shoes didn't get much wear at all and fell apart where the sole meets the shoe itselfObviously not enough glue or whateverCalled about this obvious defect and was told my last order was Jan12th for two pairs and that it would not be under warrantyToday is Dec 9thSo in other words only buy one pair of shoes at a time and begin wearing them immediatelyWhen I purchase shoes it's for back up onlyI'm going to purchase back up now even though I have a perfectly good pair I am wearingThe problem is you don't stand behind your shoes when there is an obvious defect, all the lady on the phone could say was sorry because my last order was Jan 12thThat should not make a differenceWhen I tell you they fell apart quickly I should be believed because I am a customer that is still going to use your company as long as I need to keep buying slip shoesShoes for crews does not stand behind their shoes

After getting our $66 and a month later no shoes still, they claimed UPS lost them. We finally did receive the pair of shoes we ordered. We tried them and decided immediately that we needed a larger size and shipped them back promptly with a reorder for size. After several weeks we called to find out what happened to our shoes. They claimed that we reordered the same size so they held the shipment (no call or email?) They apologized and promised 2 day delivery. After 1 week we called and they told us that the other operator didn't complete the order properly and they would take care of it right away. After another week we found that they still didn't ship them so we cancelled everything. They said they would request a refund approval. We received 3 emails. 1) that they were reviewing the refund request. The next day 2) our refund was approved. 3) our refund was rejected by PayPal. I called SFC again and they said we needed to contact PayPal. PayPal said no refund was ever attempted by SFC. PayPal emailed SFC 7 days ago and no response yet. I would recommend never to do business with Shoes for Crews. I feel they are stalling in hopes that we give up pursueing our money. You can find other very simular complaints on the net
