I placed an order with this boutique online on May 6th 2020. I received a confirmation email stating that I should receive another email letting me know of the date my items where shipped, they also proceeded to charge my ATM card with a total of $30.65. On May 12th 2020 I sent a n email to customer service for an ETA on my order. The responded that it would be 3-7 business days before they could ship. On May 15th 2020 was the 7th business day. I emailed them for an ETA with no response. on May 16th 2020 same thing, emailed for and ETA with not response, on May 18th 2020 again I email customer service for an ETA with no response. on May 20th 2020 I email customer service again Highlighting there term of 3-7 business day and expressed mu concern since I had seen many complaint online and on the Revdex.com. I mentioned in this email that if there was issues due to the current circumstances of Covid that I would understand I just wanted some communication from them to me as a consumer on my order. I also offered multiple time to do a curb side pick up which they offered with an appointment only, which I could never get because they never responded. On May 21st I finally received a response stating that they were very busy and that my order still had not be shipped and that she would be cancelling my order. The customer service person also said she would send a refund to my account and I shoudl see it in 7 business days. I told her thank you and id keep an eye out. On June 8th 2020 its been 11 days since our last email and a month since I placed my original order, and I still haven't received a refund. I emailed them about my concern and received no response. On this same day they posted on there social media that they had been very busy and emailing customer service would do no good and if they received more that one email from a customer they would be moved to the bottom of there line. Interesting since "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is there to service a paying customer. On June 9th 2020 I send a send ETA email about my refund an no response.
I have never in my life had such a ban experience with online shopping or anywhere for that matter. Its ridiculous and unprofessional not to send your orders on a timely manner and use the situation that the world is going through as an excuse. Im sure there is many more like me out there. DON'T SHOP HERE!

I Made a purchase on 4/28/2020. I sent the first Email to follow up with my order on 5/11/2020. There was no response. Then I sent another Email on 5/28/2020, a month later after my purchase and until this day, there is no reaponse. Per, Instagram, the delay is due to COVID 19, however, per Revdex.com, there have been other complaints before Covid 19 for the same reason, bad customer service. I have been blocked from Instagram page, due to I responded to another customer who had the same complaint and I shared my experience. Instead of resolving my issue, they blocked. Their customer service is the worse, the reasoning is beyond stupid. Ive dealt with a lot of small businesses, and not one of the other companies delayed my orders. In fact they were shipped almost instantly. Also , the payment is withdrawn without shipping order first and then they state that it can not be refunded. They claim they are so busy! I highly doubt it, they just dont respond, to any complaints!

Placed an online order 12/2/2019. Sent an email on Dec 12th because I did receive my order yet or an email stating that it has been shipped. I was emailed back advising that it would take up to 10 business days before my order would be shipped out. Dec 16th would be the 10th business day. I emailed again on the 16th to see if I could get a tracking number. I never got an response. I emailed again on the Dec 23rd because I still never received a response or my items that I purchased. I asked them to just cancel my order and my refund my money. I received a response saying they would do that it would take 5 -7 business days for my money to be refunded back to my card. It is now 1/15/2020 and I still have not received my refund to my card. I have sent an email and nobody has responded.

I made a purchase on 9-20-19 from Shoes Kouture boutique and was sent a confirmation email stating I would receive another email once my item is shipped. It’s been 10 business days and I have yet to receive any update on my order and I’ve attempted to contact the business multiple times with no response via email or DM through their Instagram site. Apparently I’m not the only customer having similar issues with this business..wish I would’ve read the reviews on google prior to making this purchase.

I ordered through their website and when I received my order I was missing a item. I have emailed them 3x regarding this and they have yet to respond back or even refund me the money for the item. From reviews that I have read, this isnt the first time they are doing this.

Shoes Kouture is taking advantage of people! I found this company on Instagram, they have quite a few cute pieces for reasonable pricing. I noticed they are pushing their online website, with me living 4 hours away this worked out for me. It’s now been three weeks since placing my order, I have yet received my clothing or received a shipping confirmation. I emailed Shoes Kouture requesting a status of my order but have yet to receive a response back, even though the website states they respond within 48 hours. On Instagram, I noticed they posted a message to the customers that they changed companies that ran their online website a month before I placed my order. The mentioned in the post that the other company that ran the website kept all monies from customers orders, Shoes Kouture will not be refunding any money that we need to contact our bank. Shoes Kouture posted another message to customers on Instagram to not leave any messages or comments because they do not respond back due to the fact the are very busy, it’s their website, they can run it how they want and just be patient. I decided to sent another message asking if my order was affected by the website change. It’s been a week since I sent my now second email and still no response from Shoes Kouture. I have since read multiple bad reviews on Shoes Kouture regarding bad customer service, rude comments from the owner, customers like myself spending our hard earned money on items but never receiving our purchases from Shoes Kouture, let alone a email or response to the status of the order that we paid for.

I’m looking to get a response from business “Shoes Kouture”,why haven’t they responded to any of my emails for the status of my order? It’s been almost a month, I have yet to receive my merchandise that they have credited my visa for. I would also like a refund of money spent on merchandise I’ve never received.

I do apologize for getting back to you so late. I was out of town and just got back and found the letter. It is in my best interest to clear this up. As the customer explained in the complaint, we were having issues with the company that helped us run our website. Unfortunately I cannot explain or talk about too much of what happened with said company, but what I can say is that they locked my admin account which basically means that I have zero access to my account and cannot process, fulfill, or refund any orders and that is exactly what we explained to customers. We were asking customers to file a claim with their bank because that was the only option we had to give so our customers can get their money back because like I said, we have no access to our account and could not do the refunds ourselves. Going back to what our customer claimed in the complaint about us not getting back to her emails, at that time we were flooded with emails, direct messages, & comments about people asking the same question. It was extremely hard to answer every comment and direct message so we had to publish not to direct message or comment on our Instagram page and to please email our customer service for further instructions. Again, our email was flooded with customers asking the same question because of course they were concerned about their order so it was taking us a little longer than normal to answer back within the 48 hours. We looked back at our email history and found only two emails from the customer who made the complaint but both emails were around the time frame she made the Revdex.com complaint and were both threats about suing us, and that’s about it. The customer did explain our issue very well so I’m not too sure what the problem was. We are in no way taking our customers money that is why we were telling our customers to file a claim with their bank. But please feel free to get back to me as soon as you can.

I am rejecting this response because: This response would have been accepted, until you decided to be completely untruthful. Yes, I sent two emails before I decided to file a complaint with Revdex.com after 48 hours past, not one response from your business. I was not able to file a claim with my bank, reason being my credit union was requesting proof that I never received my order from you or some sort of response from you that you were having issues with your website. So yes, if I am spending my money with your business but yet I have to wait for a response on my purchase from your deceiving 48 hours response window.. that's an issue. It took me filing this claim to get a response back from you, now I can take all this information to my credit union so I can finally get a refund. I'm not sure what emails you are viewing but I NEVER IN ANY OF MY EMAILS MADE ANY THREAT OF SUING! I simply was inquiring the status of my order and if my order was effected by the problems you were having. That sounds nothing like a threat at all, we can agree to disagree. Its really unfortunate because you have a lot of beautiful clothing but this entire process was a nightmare. I absolutely love supporting small business, in this case you have lost any future business from me as well as friends and family! Not that you care but now you know. Have a blessed day.
