Shoes To Dye For and More

The customer claimed that she should have bought them a t [redacted] and they would have taken therm back. I did suggest that she see if [redacted] would take them back, I don't think they would as they are scuffed on the bottoms and no longer in new condition. I did offer the customer 50 % store credit and she could keep the shoes and do with them as she pleases but have not heard back. We would not sell the shoes as new in our store and the shoes were special ordered from the factory for this client and were new at purchase.

I called and spoke with ***, the owner of Shoes to Dye ForHe refuses to take the shoes back and suggested that I try to exchange them at *** and bring him the 'new' pair from ***This is incredibly unethical and shows the type of business and person I am dealing withI am outraged and will be contesting the charge for these shoes with my credit card companyI have never heard of this type of business practice and absolutely do not accept this response

In fact, I have bought several suits from *** and never once was the return policy read or mentioned to me. When you came back to return the jewelry I said sure, just pick out something else.
