I am rejecting this response because:Contrary to [redacted]'s statement, the settlement company, [redacted], sent my settlement check to Delbe on 7 July 2017--the date my condo closed. Delbe only agreed to refund me that amount a full month after the funds were sent to them by [redacted].I have email confirmation by [redacted] that they sent those funds on that date. I also have email email where I asked Delbe employee Steve R[redacted], in August, if he could provide [redacted], [redacted] ([redacted]) real estate company, and myself with the date that Delbe received the settlement funds from [redacted], after Steve claimed that the funds had arrived late because of [redacted] and the US Postal Service.If indeed the funds arrived a month late due to [redacted] and / or the US Postal Service's oversight, why did Mr. R[redacted] not provide us proof when we asked for it. In fact, Steve refused to answer that question when I asked him.Regards,
