Review: I ate at the restaurant with 6 other people last night and there were several issues.. The waitress did not take our orders correctly and when the cook came out and we explained the issue, he said "too late" and continued to cook the food. While cooking, he put food on my plate that I had not ordered, so I did not eat it. When the waitress brought our checks, there were several that were incorrect so she had to go back and change them. When she came back, there was still a charge on the receipt for the item that I did not order and I was charged an additional fee for a substitution I asked for but was not advised there would be an additional charge for. So I asked to speak to a manager and the waitress sighed and walked away. While she was gone, the chef next to our table advised me that our waitress was "high" and gestured that she was smoking marijuana. The waitress came back with a woman that she claimed was her manager and the woman, Shelley (who advised she was not a manager when I asked her), was very rude right away and advised that there was nothing that they could do and I simply had to pay for it. I asked to speak to her manager and was advised that I had to go up to the front to talk to her but that she couldn't communicate with me due to a language barrier. I went up to speak to her and Shelley came as well. When I tried to talk to the manager, Shelley cut me off and said they were both managers and that they were not going to do anything for me. She advised I had to pay for the food even though I had not ordered it because it was given to me or she was calling the cops. I then asked for the owners information and she gave it to me, I have called him twice so far with no response. I called Shogun today and asked for another manager and Shelley got on the phone, asked if I was "the gentleman from last night" proceeded to tell me the owner didn't answer because he doesn't want to hear what I have to say and that I was rude and they do not care and will not do anything for me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the owner and I would at least like a refund for the item that I did not order as well as the additional fees they charged without advising me of.

Review: I ordered 3 boxes of noodles, one bento box, and a tempura appetizer, to go. As I arrived at 8:30pm, and they were ready to close (They actually had locked the doors before the advertised time -9pm-) I didn't inspect the contents until I got home, where I realized they only included two noodle orders. I immediately called and left a message. The following day, after they hadn't returned my call, I called again, and told them about the error. The owner was immediately rude to me. He said he wasn't going to argue; that I should just come in and he'd replace it. I did, after I got off work, but instead of giving me an order for my noodles, he yelled at me. It's as if he just had me drive out of my way to humiliate me publicly. He began to threaten me, and told me that if I had a problem, I was free to call 911, but be warned he has a lawyer. I told him I wasn't angry, that I work in customer service, and know how stressful it can be to deal with many people every day, and that mistakes can be made. He said he had cameras, and employees that support his claims that all orders were included. It was all a very stressful ordeal, and somehow I managed to stay more than just civil. It's unbelieveable how easily someone can become defensive and attack. What the owner did was rob me, of both my time and money. That was a 15+ order of noodles on my end. On his end it couldn't have cost more than a few dollars, and for those dollars, he is willing to treat someone who was more than polite, like they are absolute trash.Desired Settlement: I am no longer interested in a replacement, as I couldn't eat it anyway. My diet doesn't allow for animal products, and gluten. That meal was for my mother's birthday, which obviously has passed. I didn't care about the noodles or the money. It was right to replace it. I was just going to pick up my order and give it away, to either a patron in the establishment, or a stray dog, or a transient. I don't care for his food, and wouldn't want to torture anyone else with it. I want my money back.
