I only told them to return the scope to me as I had paid lot of money for it, so why should I give them scope they will probably fix and sell again to someone else. I just wanted the scope fixed or replaced, I know it was never tampered with before I bought it, cause it was in sealed plastic bag and box was still sealed shut, I actually bought the scope off a BSA salesman at a gun show. I took it back to him, he said he could get it replaced, we shall see what happens, but will never again buy something from BSA or recommend them to anyone, if they cannot stand behind there warranty.If I had broke the scope I would never have even tried to get warranty that would be my fault.

We did offer to work with the customer outside of our usual warranty by reimbursing him with pellets for the cost of shipping to us. We also offered to cover the shipping back to him. The customer did not agree with this solution.

light in for inspection. Also, the customer has agreed to us sending a pair of binoculars back with his light for the difference since his model has been discontinued. At this point, this seems to be resolved.

The new models have never been on the website and they still have not been added to the website. The model that the customer sent in is not available on the website either as they were disabled for purchase last year (He sent his model to us in March 2016). We offered this model as replacement as it was the closest thing to what the customer sent in and he agreed to the replacement. Customer says that the light is having an issue and that he will send it to us for inspection. We have not received the light at this time.

I received an email today saying they were sending the same light back it is a broken light I have tried several different batteries had several different witnesses inspect the light it does not work I am very very very fed up. Please send replacement light that light would not work! I tried several sets of batteries

business practices are very shady and I have seen plenty of complaints from consumers about their customer service and business practices. This company offers warranties for their products but do not respond to their customers when they contact them regarding warranty or product issues. I honestly feel that if I did not threaten to contact the Revdex.com then I would have never heard anything back from the company and I would have been cheated out of $150+ that was spent on the product that I had sent them to be repaired.

Review: I ordered a used audi door latch and paid for it. they shipped the product promplty with a 60 day (I believe) warranty. after hours of installation and troubleshooting it was determined the part was defective. I asked shokan to send me a replacement part and I would then return this defective part now in my car. I made this request because this aggravation was due to their inability to provide to me a fully operating unit and I did not want to leave my car compromised (no way to secure it without a latch) on the street for a week. They refused to comply. So I subsequently purchased a latch from a third party, which worked perfectly, and then removed the defective shokan part. I contacted shokan for return authorization. A week and a half after I mailed the part they claimed the part I returned was NOT the part they shipped to me and refused to credit my account. I asked follow up questions to try to ensure the part was in fact theirs and they refused to help me. I asked for a friendly resolution to this last week and they never got back to me, so I had no other outlet than to turn to the Revdex.com. I just want my money back and never to deal with this business again.Desired Settlement: I want my $95 plus $15 for the shipping and handling cost of returning the defective product.

Review: I WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS FOR THE COMPANY BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TO GIVE IT OUT. I PURCHASE THE PART ON ** MAR 14, I RETURN THE PART ON ** APR 2014 BECAUSE I DIDN'T NEED THE PART, THE COMPANY RECEIVED THE RETURN ** APR 14, TRACKING# [redacted]. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY ON THE ** APR 2014 TO VERIFY THE COMPANY RECIEVED THE PART AND IF SO HOW LONG SHOULD I ACCEPT TO SEE MY REFUND. THE MAN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS VERY RUDE AND USED REALLY NASTY WORKDS TOWARD ME, HE SAID WE ARE MORE CONCERN ABOUT GETTING PARTS SHIPPED OUT THEN RETURNING A REFUND. HE NEVER GAVE ME A TIMEFAME AS TO WHEN I COULD EXPECT MY REFUND. I WAS NOT RUDE WITH THE YOUNG MAN, BUT HE WAS VERY RUDE TO ME HE MUST HAD A BAD DAY OR THAT'S HE'S ATTITUDE TOWARD CUSTOMERS EVERYDAY. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND AND IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS, NOR WILL ANYBODY GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ON WHEN I SHOULD BE EXPECTING IT TO COME. I WAS MORE UPSET HOW THE YOUND MAN TALKED TO ME, LIKE I WAS A DOG AND HE WAS NOT PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WAS REALLY UPSET WITH HIM, HE EVEN HUNG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO RECIEVE A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $185.00, THE TOTAL AMOUNT I PAID FOR THE PART.

Review: On January **, 2015, I ordered a used airbag control module for my 2001 Audi A4 Quattro 1.8L from Shokan Coachworks. I received the item approximately one week later, and took my car and the used item to my Audi-certified mechanic ([redacted]

###-###-####), who advised me that the module was in fact incompatible with my model of Audi. I returned the incorrect item to Shokan and it was received by them on [redacted], February **, 2015. With that return I requested a full refund of the $185.00 that they charged me to my credit card. They emailed me that morning saying they had sold me the correct part (which is false) and that there is no refunds on electronic parts. A company cannot and should not stand behind a refund policy even when they've made errors in shipping the wrong part.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the $185.00 (USD) that Shokan charged me for an incorrect car part.
