I am rejecting this response because: First of all that response was shallow scattered. It's unbelievable how they failed to see this from a customers point of viewClearly whomever responded lacked the full awareness of that day and not there in
part of the conversationProbably didn't even read the complaint thoroughlyMaybe not even in the restaurant because as I mentioned it was NOT crowded as they portrayI don't recall they denying the sticky floors and dirty plates as they do in the advertising. Secondly, we showed them the advertisement and they did acknowledge it was ShokudoThey also could not find the date specifiedAnd why in the world would they even suggest we visit any of their social media sights now? What does that have to do with what already happened?......ummm...What?Thirdly, it was the manager that said they confirm all reservations and pricesI was simply saying they didn't mention price at the time of confirmation Who does that anyway?He's the one that mentioned reservation and prices confirmed at the same timeSo I wasn't complaining about that, just reiterating what the manager said.In conclusion, the whole point was missed.1- One price was advertised, got charged another.2- CEO's lack of customer serviceIt's when he waived the bill at us and said "Take it or leave it!"............that changed everything...........Oh right, let's not forget how he repeatedly mentioned calling his lawyer
