Poor service, served and charged for more expensive meal[redacted] - 1 starWe just ate there, were brought a more expensive meal than ordered but the manager would not adjust the price to the cheaper steak we ordered. The manager said he would have just served the mistaken one after he replaced ours, so we kept it to avoid the waste. Is this a healthy practice? I think not. Our church group all got sick after eating at the [redacted] location a few weeks ago. Now I understand, just wonder how many had been served our steak before us and how many times this has happened to others. Waitress said tickets got mixed up. There were only 6 customers in the restaurant at the time. Now I know why. Needless to say that will be our last visit to Shoneys.Desired SettlementAn apology and refund either total or partial and pledge to change food handling services, especially concerning health issues.
