Hello,  I am writing to inform you that this company has given me the product as well as a full refund.  Thank you.

Review: On October 1st at 6:28 pm I placed an order online that consisted of, Reorders 1 I - (4)3x5 Reorder Extras $12.00. I still have not received those photos of my son. I emailed three times to the company to which they repeatedly told me they would send me the product and extras for the inconvenience. In the third email she told me she would send the product that very same day along with a refund check. That last email was on 3-4-15. It is now 3-9-15 and I still do not have one picture or my refund. My first email expressing that I did not receive the order was sent on December 27, 2014. It is absolutely ridiculous that they are not sending me (a paid customer) what I ordered and/or a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my product that I ordered and a refund as well.
