Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: From the date of order to the time I received the final amount of ten boxes took nearly a monthWhen they told me they wouldn’t expedite shipping out the boxes I never received I stated I’d prefer a refund which they simply refusedIf that is their definition of above and beyond I would hate to see that companies opinion of what would have been just fairI never wanted the boxes when I realized it would take weeks to receive themThey wante me to contact the shipping companyThe issue as far as I was concerned was between Nosler and the shipping companyI believe what would have been satisfactory would have been a refund and they should have contacted the shipping companyIf the company truly wanted to go “above and beyond” the could have done bothBut When it became clear that my only recourse was to accept the boxes I did I also informed them ahead of time that this resolution would result in a complaint to the Revdex.com Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Shooters Pro Shop works with [redacted] in response to any questions that a customer might have about the performance of product that they purchase from our store with the Nosler name on it, including the SSA brand that this customer is referring to Any issues are always addressed and if there is in fact a problem with the product, it is always replaced or refunded However sometimes talking through the issues with the customer service department can resolve the questions that they have The customer service department does not show a record of this person calling before filing a complaint We will be happy to reach out to them and make sure they are taken care of Thank you

On February 22, Shooter’s Pro Shop shipped a package containing boxes ordered by customer [redacted] weighing pounds which is consistent with what those boxes weighThat package was delivered to Mr [redacted] on March 2, Upon receiving the package, Mr [redacted] called Shooter’s Pro Shop to complain that there was only one box in the shipment and demanded that we ship him the remaining nine boxes that he reported missing Instead of taking this up with the shipping company and in spite of our records showing the package left here weighing consistently with the boxes that [redacted] originally ordered, we decided to handle the situation quickly and resend the customer the nine boxes he claimed were missingRecords show, those nine boxes weighing in at lbs., were delivered to [redacted] ***’ address on March We feel we’ve gone above and beyond helping this customer and feel this case should be dismissed Thank you, Zach W [redacted] Public Relations Manager ext: [redacted] Excellence...Integrity...Service
