[The srs sytem has not  been worked on . This was just an estijmate from my mechanic. I will address their answer to him and get back.  However, we can investigate their allegations further when I speak to Sal's auto. I was told that diagnostic inspection was done for free and there was to be no charge especially since I don't think a whole system was neceesary.  Let them address that issue.our

It is our policy at Acura of Westchester to charge a diagnostic fee. It is unfortunate that a consumer is led to believe  that  ignition coils and plugs  have anything to do with the airbag system of a vehicle.If the consumer decides to have her SRS system repaired we will "as a good will gesture"  apply her diagnostic fee to the repair.

Review: O.K. I would like to dispute a charge I made at Shooters paradise on Tuesday Sept. 2nd for a class scheduled for Thursday Sept. 18th. I then found an instructor who could get me tested sooner (Wed. Sept. 3rd) so I could leave on my vacation I was planning to Oregon right after labor day holiday and not have to worry about hurrying back to make this scheduled appointment. So when I went in to cancel my class they refused to give me a refund to my credit card only stating that they don't give refunds for classes already scheduled even thou class sizes are only 10 people every other Thursday of the month and there is no problem filling them around here, there were already 5 people scheduled for my time slot and 15 days until class. I have not worked sense Feb. 27th 2008 leaving work on a workmen's comp. case and have been put on disability and the $50.00 charge really matters to me and I don't really see any good reason for not refunding my payment except that they took my money and don't want to give it back? Do You? They gave me a store credit instead but I really don't buy anything there due to their extremely outrageously high prices on everything in that place and their consistently bad customer service/attitude towards their customers, I guess that's why they have to try to force people to spend their money there.Desired Settlement: $50.00 credit card refund
