Review: When I received my order that I purchased online, men's NFL jacket, it wasn't what I ordered, and there was no paperwork at all with my shipment.

I tryed calling customer service, and never spoke 2 anyone it puts u 2 leave a voicemail. its impossible 2 speak 2 a representative.Desired Settlement: I want what I origionally ordered. or a refund I am very upset

Since we shipped wrong merchandize per customer, the customer must send

the Jacket back as per instructions in the email sent by us. If the

customer hasn't received our email, they should check their junk email

folder.

Review: On 5 December 2014 I purchased a Kansas State Wildcats Jacket, Item # [redacted], Order # [redacted]. It was to be a Christmas present for my wife. It has not been received.I have emailed the business about this several times and have never received a reply. Telephone calls to them always goes to voicemail and the calls are never returned.I feel that at best I have been scammed and or defrauded.Desired Settlement: I would like my $114.99 refunded. I no longer desire the jacket.

Review: Refused delivery of an item and not refunded

I purchased a jacket on-line on 3/22/13. Somehow I was sent 2 jackets and billed for 2 jackets. I attempted to contact Shop2wear by phone at ###-###-#### on 4/3/13 but went to voicemail and my call was not returned. On 4/19/13, I went to USPS and they returned the item as a refusal to the address of shipment on the packaging. I actually forgot about the return for a while and on July 2nd, I checked the USPS website and the Tracking number verified that the package was delivered back to the address that the package had been shipped from. I called the ###-###-#### number again 7/3/13 and again on 7/10/13, both times went into a voicemail message box and as of today there has been no response. I tried today to email them with request for return of the cost of the returned item but every time I press the send button, I receive an error message which prevents my message from being sent. I further found it interesting that there is a message on the Contact page stating that if a person sends a message with profanity, the message will be disgarded. A question then came to mind...does this company have so many unhappy customers that they would have to put this statement on the Contact screen? And if so, why do they have this happen?Desired Settlement: I reviewed the policy of Shop2wear to keep a "restocking" fee for returns but I do not feel that this should apply to my return. I am only asking for the $126.44 that I was charged for the item that was returned.

for the same Jacket. This usually happens if you double click the

Order button.

Response: Internet is a war zone and under estimating anything would

be foolish on our part. If we give a complete and a 100% accurate

answer on what we trash, then a hacker could use it to penetrate the

systems and steal YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

Please research and study topics like Hackers, Spam Robots, Robo

Hackers. After reading them, spend time working on maintaining

software and hardware exposed to the internet for 10 years. Then

pass a judgement on our policy.

3. Please provide us the tracking number and we would gladly issue you

a refund.

ACCORDING TO THIS COMPANIES WEBSITE THE PUNISHER JACKET THAT I ORDERED IS SUPPOSED TO BE BLACK AND GRAY WITH SKULL LOGOS ON THE SLEEVES, WITH AN ATTRACTIVE DESIGN ALL OVER THE COAT. ALSO THE BIG SKULL LOGO ON THE BACK OF THE COAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE BLACK, WITH WHITE EYES. THE COAT I RECEIVED IS BLACK & WHITE & DOES NOT HAVE THE SKULL LOGOS ON THE SLEEVES AND DOES NOT HAVE AN ATTRACTIVE DESIGN ALL OVER THE COAT. THE ONLY THING ON THE BOTTOM RIGHT SLEEVE IS THE WORD MARVEL. THE BIG SKULL LOGO ON THE BACK IS WHITE WITH BLACK EYES. I DID SOME RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT THE COAT I RECEIVED ON AMAZON.COM. I received a responce from an individual named [redacted] and was told to send the coat I received back. I did so on 11-1-13 via certied mail, including a note that I wanted a refund. I amagine it will take about ten days for my debit card to show a refund.

The customer informed us they have sent back the Jacket, but our supplier whom the customer sent back the Jacket to in Tennessee says they have not received the Jacket.

Could you please give us the tracking number and the shipping provider name (UPS/USPS/FedEx etc).

Review: Ordered a jacket on 4/6/12. My card was charged three days later, but no item has ever been shipped or received over a year later.

Order confirmation email was sent to me 4/6/12 confirming I had purchased a Large Denmark International Olympic Soccer Track Jacket (Item #377) Order #32113681. The total price was $46.65 including shipping.

My bank record confirms that my card has a $46.65 withdrawal to Shop2Wear on 4/9/2012.

Shop2Wear has answered neither emails nor phone calls so this is my last resort before legal action.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that Shop2Wear refund my order + shipping in full amount.

I DO NOT want them to ship the jacket at this point.

I ordered a Nascar Dale Earnhardt XL Jacket on June 11. I got a confirmation email and my credit card was charged same date. My order number was XXXXXXXX and the payment was a credit visa billed for $114.94. The shipping address was different than my billing due to being a Father's Day gift. My Dad has not received the product yet and I have been unable to contact the business from the email feature on the website or with a direct email to the [redacted]@shop2wear.com address listed on the website.Desired Settlement: I would hope that the product was currently in transit to the destination with a tracking number, but if not a refund would be great.

We had asked our supplier to drop ship the order in June hence our status on the the order was shipped. Since this order was from June, it is a bit late to further investigate if the Jacket was shipped.

So, we spoke to the customer and he informed us that he put a charge back and got refunded.

Review: I have purchased once before with this company and received my shirts just fine. But when I returned to the company online to order a couple more shirts they withdrew the money from my account and I never received my stuff I ordered. The amount of 57.00 was taken out of my account on April 28th 2014 I have called twice a day since to find out if the items shipped or not but keep getting a voice mail. Review: I ordered an Official Collage NBA Jacket size 3XL in December of 2013. The order was shipped to me on 12/18/13 and received on 12/23/13. The jacket was too small and it had no visible size tag so I called the business, left a message on the answering machine and then sent them an email telling them that I was sending the jacket back for and exchange of a larger size.
