Review: On or around April *, 2014 I ordered from on line a Queen Mattress Cover for my mattress. I have not received my merchandise and I have tried on numerous times to contact them and their voice mail is full or they are never in the office to take a call. I receive a request to to a product review and I sent it in stating I did not receive the merchandise; no response and that was around April **, 2014. I sent an email to a [redacted] ([redacted]) on the same day and I have not received a response. This company got my money and I never received the merchandise.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded on my card and I want this company to be sited for poor customer service.

Review: I placed an order with [redacted] online on Sunday, 10/*. About an hour after I placed the order I realized it was the wrong item. I called their customer service number

and left a message to cancel the order at that time. On Monday morning 10/* I received an e-mail from them stating the item had been shipped. I called customer service again and was told that I should call when I received the item and they would send me a shipping label to return the item. I was also told that I would receive a refund for the item plus the shipping and that I would also not have to pay for the return shipping. I received the item on 10/* and promptly called customer service. No one answered the phone so I left a message. I also e-mailed them restating what I stated above. When I called customer service on 10/* there was a message that stated the office was closed and would not open until 10/**. I called again on 10/** and this time received a message stating that the customer service office was closed and would not open until 10/**. At that time I resent my initial e-mail and added comments on my frustration with customer service not answering phones, and not responding to voice-mails and e-mails. I do not want to return the item until I receive the shipping label. The business' website indicates that there are no refunds after 30 days. However, I cancelled the order before the item was shipped. It just seems like there is no one there to answer the phone and respond to voice mails and e-mails. This is very frustrating!Desired Settlement: I would like to be able to actually speak with a human and receive a written e-mail confirming that the company will refund the amount of the purchase plus shipping to me as well as return shipping (unless they send me a shipping label). It was their error for shipping the item after the order was cancelled. I would like them to do what the initial customer service representative I spoke with promised.
