[redacted] Response to Revdex.com Complaint ID: [redacted] Our customer ordered an item (a one piece bikini) on 6/and it was shipped via [redacted] Mail on 7/ Tracking: [redacted] Its expected delivery date was 7/25; however, it has not been delivered We contacted the [redacted] and have submitted a lost mail reportReference # [redacted] Upon filing the lost mail report, we found that the address provided was spelt incorrectly: Address provided: *** [redacted] *** [redacted] Correct address: *** [redacted] *** In our claim, we have noted to ship to the correct address at [redacted] Pending that the package is located Due to the shipping delay we applied a 20% discount to the customer’s order Our customer did not provide a phone number for us to contactWe spoke via email Our shipping policy can be found here: [redacted] We noted that the [redacted] Mail option is an estimated delivery time and is not insured for lost packages We do have an option to insure your package, which is [redacted] In situations of undeliverable mail, we have asked customers to wait until the package is returned to our office before refunding an order Due to the situation, we refunded the customer the full amount on 8/The package is still noted as out for deliveryWe are hoping that it is noted as undeliverable and is mailed back to our return address
