Review: December 2014 Panacea, Inc. signed a contract with SCUSA Network and paid in full the amount agreed upon for services of producing and selling the Adjustagrill Model 13570 through their television sales network. I have not received a response from [redacted], or the Business Develop Dept. No correspondence by telephone, email, or U.S. postal service, despite my repeated attempt to contact anyone at this company. I would like their fraudulent behavior to be investigated.Desired Settlement: Produce and air television "As Seen On TV" as agreed in our contract to do co.
This company is a total fraud, they will not give you anything as promised.
Review: Scam artist. He took over $13,000 of mine promising informercials. Same with [redacted] in Canada. Watch out for [redacted] Network.Desired Settlement: We never had a contract because he stated his business was in Illinois and he's not registered there. Therefore, there is no contract and I want my refund. I received nothing
