I ordered drones as Christmas gifts on the day after Thanksgiving I received an order # [redacted] and eventually a tracking number for packages I never received the packages My tracking number indicated that the package confirmation was voided by the sender I called the company several times as well as emailed them twice (I still have copies of the emails on my computer.) I was told that another order would be placed and should arrive before Christmas (by Dec23) I never received the packages and asked for the charge to be refunded to my [redacted] credit card, which was what I used to pay for the drones and which was charged to my card on Nov THe company never replied back so I called my credit card company myself to have the charge removed THe charge was removed today, Jan3, At this point I do not need a refund since I took care of that myselfI also went out on Christmas Eve to buy drones to replace the ones I had orderedI just want other peopl

I bought a drone for my dad for Christmas and after realized it was not the correct one he wantedI contacted Shopdrones multiple times via email and on the phoneI talked to different people who took my information stating they were reception and would send it to customer service who would then send me a return labelOnline their return policy says you have days to return an item and my days is almost upI have told them multiple times this and have not received anythingI am desperate to return this item as I have spent a good amount of money on it

I placed an order on or about November My bank account reflects payment to Shop Drone completed on November UPS tracking reflects order was processed and ready for UPS on December On December 6, the order/shipment was voided by ShopDrones This was confirmed by Catherine in Customer Service on December I have sent emails and made phone calls requesting status of the order or a refund To date neither has taken place

I ordered a product from this company in November They charged my credit card, and never sent me my order I have emailed them several times, with no response, and called, also with no response I have asked for my money back, and still, no one will respond to me I still do not have the product, or my refund

On Dec their website said they guaranteed the item by xmas When it wasn't shipped by Dec 22nd I called them and canceled On Dec 27th I got an email that the item was shipped I called times to get RMA info to return Each time they say "someone will contact me" We decided to keep the item and were very unhappy with the item They have a day 100% satisfaction guarantee Again called twice to have it returned and no one ever calls back Customer service says there's nothing she can do
