ordered product 1/18/20 & never received it. Contacted them several times & they assured me it was on it's way. Blamed coronavirus for why it is late. Have ordered product from other sites from China & it got here in 2 weeks. Now August & still no product.

Dreadful customer service. Waited three days for a response from customer service. Phone number supplied is not in service. Ordered a product February 2020, and am still waiting to receive it-five months later. This is likely a drop ship site with junk products sourced from China.

I placed an order on 1/19/2020. I was notified that " due to overwhelming response, our stock is completely depleted." Shipment would be made as soon as possible. Well, COVID got into the act but I have been checking since March and it was always "the item has been shipped." The tracking number provided is connected to some shadowy shipping company and the shipment had been in the distribution center since March in the same manner. ***. They take your money without anything to ship. An ethical business would not have charge your credit card account unless they have the merchandise to ship.

I have never received my ordered product. I ordered it in Dec 2019 and still nothing from them as of May 2020. I've contacted them about my order and it's in the US and they suggest I contact the "postal carrier" to find out where it is.

I will never use Shop Duello again.I ordered what is called a Quick Gauge which charge was on my card next day and it took almost a month to receive and the product was nothing like video it was total unusable junk.I called Shop Duello contact number over 10 times in a four day period same thing every time follow all the prompts think you are about to get a representative to talk to then would be hung up on.I also tried to email and live chat the live chat is fake you only get to email.When I sent my first email with all the details about what had happened 24 hours later I received a reply asking me a question which the answer was already in the email had someone read the email they would know this,this happened two more times 24 hr response I was asked different question which answer was already in original email.Hands down worst product every purchased and worst customer service ever.They have on there web sight 100% money back guarantee ***.***

I have ordered the GquickGaude on 2019/12/09. I have received an email like the others with a tracking number showing shipping from China.
Never received anything... the tracking info has not been updated in 2 months.
Cannot not reach anyone...

Also fyi the *** can be purchased from reputable places like *** or even *** for a fraction of the cost.
I ordered the *** and had not received it in over 40 days, tracking info never updated. I repeatedly asked for a refund and they stopped replying after telling me the item would arrive shortly. I left a review on their website and of course it never actually showed up online for other potential victims to see.

Ordered three units on 12/07/19. Received ship/confirm # and to this date nothing has arrived. Phone number is bogus as is shipping info ( china ). Called *** and my money was returned to my card the next day. *** is all over those kinds of transactions and pulls your $$ back immediately. *** Jon.

Defective products. They wanted photos, so I sent them in a PDF format and a JPEG format. Their reply was they couldn't open either file. On my oldest computer, I can open the PDF and JPEG files. Stall tactic to not refund your money on defective products.

Ordered a "wi-fi security camera" Paid $79.95. It took 4 weeks to arrive. Unknown to me it was shipped directly from China. Once it arrived, it did not work at all despite numerous attempts to get it working. The camera was a useless ***. I tried calling several times to get a refund and was promptly disconnected by their automated answering machine. Never once spoke to a person. I tried emailing and emails were bounced back as not deliverable. I purchased through ***, so I filed a complaint with them. *** provided an address to return the defective camera, so I shipped it back at my cost. That was nearly a month ago and still no refund. ***. I think I got burned for close to $100 when you include return shipping.

I ordered 3 each of of Master outline Gauge Tool which totaled $47.99. Did not research to the business name prior to ordering the tools. When I received a email notice that my order had shipped I found that the order shipped from China. Then when I went online to my credit card account I saw a $306.08 Foreign Transaction Fee.

I ordered products and not til it was paid for and they printed receipt did it mention it was in U.S. funds. I immediately tried phoning and was disconnected every time. I then emailed wanting to cancel order. There reply was it was already sent, which it was never shipped for 2 more days. When order came the product was faulty so I paid to ship it to their return address. They never accepted package so *** returned it to me postage collect, which I refuse to pay. After numerous emails, with them asking same questions that I've already answered, I asked for refund or quality replacement. Their solution is store credit, which is completely useless.
***. You can't contact them by phone as they suggest. There is 0 satisfaction. Not the 100% they guarantee!

Ordered three like products on 12/14/19. As of 1/1/20, nothing has been delivered. Contacted Shop Duello by email and was told delivery would take 2 to 5 weeks from the order date. Was NEVER told this on their web site while ordering.
EXTREMELY poor service. Will NEVER do ANY business with them again. Just another company making money on the hard working middle class :(

I ordered a product, gave my cc details, got a shipping number, Yet no product arrived, tracking seems fake and I can not get a hold of them.... despite several tries and repeated phone calls. ***!
