I placed an order on October 21, when I checked out it said it would be 4-weeks for delivery About a week later I got a tracking number so I was tracking the package Got to week a December 18, I checked and it said my order can't be foundI emailed them on there contact siteSaid I would get a response in hoursI waited hours and emailed againNow my emails are bouncingI've clearly been blocked And I haven't been refunded nor have I received the product
I ordered a cleaner I seen advertised on ** *** that was free, only pay shippingIt would be 6-weeks for deliveryI ordered on 11-1-18, & have never received this orderI believe it to be a scam

This site is no longer called Shop It OffI am assuming people stopped buying from them because they were warned about their authenticity The new name is now Essentials CoI purchased something off the site that cost me $10, including shipping, I never received an orderWhen checking my tracking number, I was able to see that it was "running late but on the way" for about two months, now the order is just completely goneThere is not any information on their site to contact them or even anything about policyWith this being said, I should have known better, but just in case anyone else was wondering
I ordered an item, it was never delivered I wrote to them and they said they would re-ship Item never arrived I wrote again and the email bounced back Seems to be a scam I only lost $19.50, but it could have been worse They advertise on Instagram.....Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
