Ms*** purchased her vehicle in February of 2016; prior to finalizing the sale she test drove the vehicle twice and took it to Auto Zone to be inspectedUpon her return she stated that Auto Zone advised her the only problem it discovered was a sensor problemShe asked for an estimate to
repair the senor and was told @ $She did not ask for it to be repairedShe then signed the Warranty and declined our offer of an extended warranty.Her finance company also communicated with us regarding the condition of the vehicle prior to approving her loanHer loan was approved and to our knowledge she is continuing to make payments on the loan.As a sign of good faith, Elite Imports paid for a 3rd party three (3) month warranty in April of That warranty has now expired.Based on the fact circumstances of this transaction, Elite Imports believes it has exceeded good business practice and customer relations with Ms***.*** ***
