I ordered a bikini from Shop Miami Style and received the top in good time, but it arrived solo with no bottomOn the invoice was written in pen and highlighted, "bottom shipping separately." I assumed it was on back order, but was not contacted for itEventually after over a month goes by I send an email to customer service asking about itI spoke to [redacted] who was more than helpful with letting me know what was going onShe was very polite, positive and informative, just as good customer service should beShe emailed me a list of the other bathing suit bottoms I could pick that she could ship out to me the same day and receive within the weekI picked out a different bottom, since the one I wanted wasn't available, but the difference in charge was coveredIt was a perfect ending for my bathing suit fiasco, since I will receive it before I go on vacationthank you :)!

So here was my dealI am going to the Virgin Islands in a few weeks and I have been working outIt took me three weeks to find the perfect suit and I ordered it from another siteThe top I got didn't fit, and I couldn't exchange it because they were outTurns out everyone was out, with the exception of Shop MiamiI ordered it at 9:pm and called in the morning to make sure they had it in stockNot only did they return my call with in a few hours, they were very very nice, and I should have it in a few days !
